As a lifelong red, I wish Arne all the best, but where the Hell is he? I haven't seen one interview since his appointment, neither have I seen any shots of him in Liverpool red, or standing in front of the Kop. Is he having behind-closed-doors, one-to-one lessons in Scouse with Jamie Carragher PhD? Is it possible he's going to wear the kit and sing a duet with Taylor Swift at her forthcoming Anfield gig? Now, that would be an introduction to the fans.

According to James Pearce's reports, "It was always planned that Slot’s unveiling would happen closer to the start of pre-season rather than in early June. I’m looking forward to hearing him set out his plans, but there’s no rush - he doesn’t have any players to work with for another month. After a long season at Feyenoord, I’m sure he will be enjoying some family time before embarking on the biggest challenge of his life. With Klopp’s contract running until the end of May and the huge outpouring of emotion as his reign came to an end, the club wanted to be respectful to the outgoing manager. Of course, the big difference compared to October 2015, when Klopp was unveiled the morning after signing his contract, was that he was getting straight down to work at Melwood (then the club’s training ground) given it was mid-season. Slot, in contrast, has a long wait to meet his players."

@@arrmahn3442 Nah it's FSG milking the fans selling Klopp merchandise. I want to put Klopp behind us and unveil Slot but nothing we can do about it. I hope Slot is a massive success and perhaps our poor end of season works in his favour, lower expectations for his first season now.

I really dont get this clueless crybaby nonsense... A very big chunk of the players are away, he himself will have had a holiday, media attention is also elsewhere.... Maybe he is being prepped up a bit, maybe it is felt it is good to have him presented once he has had time with the players and the media attention isnt on the euros etc

Another thing to consider is that he isn't employed in a full managerial role, rather primarily starting out as a head coach. If there are no players to work with due to the Euros then you can understand why he has not shown up yet. Still I expect contract situations along with players in the transfer market have been identified and the club is working on their signatures.

Infact you do replace Klopp as he was the manager and now he’s left, now there’s a new manager. Better to say no one is like Klopp, which is the case for most successful managers and people. Fans are aware that Klopp is Klopp and that being the case there’s only one. On to the next manager and that’s that.

LFC fan since 1972 here. I simply don't believe, we have signed him. Then we would've seen him at least 1 or 2 times, giving a statement. All you need to do that, is a phone with camera + 5 minutes. That's all. What a shitty start from 'the invisible man'. I already see him as a very arrogant coach.
