That’s why I couldn’t work in retail for the food industry. The public think because you work at McDonald’s etc it’s ok to abuse staff, well it’s not. @@matty6848 It's hard within food industry because everyone likes their food a particular way. However, there are some who will complain about anything. Those people make the job a lot harder. See, having worked fast food myself, I'll never belittle someone for working at McDonald's etc. They're working hard, making ends meet, supporting themselves/others and a lot of the time it goes totally unrecognised. I've seen the place I worked at, put friends through college, or pay for their car, or scholarship. Be respectful to these people. They're doing a job, just like you do your's. The difference being is that they often get looked down on and abused.
