Former NFL player to Stretch to Win® Institute Teacher - Bertrand Berry

B-Train is a former NFL defensive end, and newly crowned Fascia Stretch Therapy™ teacher at the Stretch to Win® Institute. Bertrand was introduced to FST™ through an NFL teammate and reluctantly scheduled a session with Ann Frederick. Thinking he didn't need FST (and how could stretching really help him), B-Train went into the session defensively with "a helmet on and a mouth-piece in". Only to realize later, that FST ultimately extended his NFL career after seasons of injuries. Now retired from the NFL, B-Train is officially a part of the Stretch to Win Teaching Team, spreading the FST LOVE 🥰 !

Great video guys. Really sums up what FST is all about and captures the vibe and experience of being in the course.. taking level 1 and 2 has been an absolute life changer for my coaching career and I cant wait for level 3 in May!
