We paid for the doctors and the private nursing care. We paid for the caterers who brought her every meal while she was in there because NHS food isn't good enough for them. People with history of heart conditions etc or people with kidney trouble might swell more and have more trouble getting rid of the extra fluid after surgery. Not usually a young healthy woman. Sorry just letting you know. Chances are by looking how thin she always is. I wouldn’t be surprised she lost a little weight and the ring is a bit loose

As far as Kate being in hospital, again there are no photos or videos of her coming or going into hospital.Her children or family never visited while she was alledgedly in hospital for 14 days. Keep in mind that the paps were staked out at the hospital. Wills visited the hospital one time and stayed only 15 minutes. All statements have been coming from KP. There has not been one recent picture or video from Kate herself, just what KP is putting out. #WhereisKate. #IsSheOk. The palace stated that Catherine would return to her duties after Easter or so when her recuperation would end. I don’t know why there is such a frenzy about her lack of appearance now. as things are happening just as the palace stated. Have we such short memories? Am I mis-remembering that when Prince George was born William and Catherine released a statement.? They asked for understanding from the press regarding the children and that in turn photos of the children, taken by the royal family, would be released to the press on a regular basis instead of them being hounded by the press? Remember over the years all the pictures from the palace of the children and other royals on their birthdays and of William and Catherine’s wedding anniversary’s. I for one, am happy to give them space to deal with their current health issues.

Actually.. I know where Princess Catherine really is! She's at home recovering from a serious stomach surgery and will return to public duties sometime after the Easter holiday.
