This kid is the epitome of who we should be. So many fans treated him so badly, yet he still loves us. He gave his heart when he was here even though he was dealt one of the worst hands. Great to hear these things and wish nothing but the best going forward

Couldn’t agree more. He put his all into it. Did not have the outcome anyone wanted for him, but you cannot argue he tried hard every day and was one of the toughest SOB’s to play for UT.

No Tennessee Vols QB has had to go through the adversity as what this kid did. Plus all the hate that he took from the fan base, if I was him I don't know if I would want to potentially subject myself to that again. He would take heat after a loss one week, and then if there was a win like at Kentucky all of the sudden he's the best thing since sliced bread. If he had been in the right system at Tennessee, it's hard telling how much he could have flourished. He could have been great in coach Heupels system if he came in as a freshman. But I've got to say hats off to the young man for jumping back in the deep end. He is well aware of the scrutiny and backlash he's going to potentially get. All I have to say is, welcome home Jarrett. You've been gone far too long. #2 Jarrett Guarantano VFL GBO

Glad that JG and Jonathan Crompton are on good terms with the UT program. Both of them took alot of abuse from vol nation. They both played in frustrating times, but both were better QBs than they got credit for. Crompton had a good senior season, but JG never had a good situation to show how good he was.He did show how tough he was because he was blasted alot. Gotta respect anyone who gave it all for the orange and white. I believe both JG and JC did.🫡

JG was treated badly. And that’s all on Pruitt and the coaches. The fans could see something was really wrong in the culture of the team. Trying to figure out what, was impossible because no one was talking. When the media said, JG went rogue in the Alabama game. He called his own play. Some fans were calling to get rid of him immediately. Then later as the bouble was busted on what Pruitt was doing. Fans thought that’s why they didn’t bring in the backup. Which was doing a better job. We thought JG had something on the HC. But the back up wasn’t in the game long enough to say he was better. We were so off base. That’s why I blame Pruitt. My thoughts at the time is why don’t the coaches help JG wight a quick release, and simply routs. They’re letting him get destroyed out there. I used to leave comments to Pruitt on his post comments to the press. Was stop drinking water. It was like check his sugar out. Tennessee’s going broke supplying his water. Hell he didn’t play, pass that out to the team. I used to call JG in General Motors crash mannequin. I don’t think that today. I am not embarrassed. Pruitt let all that happened. Today our problems are different. We took on the NCAA we took a belt to their butt. And left it with scars deep enough that they’re trying to attack at every opportunity. College football doesn’t need them anymore. They’re just getting rich making cash grabs and we get nothing in return. All we needed was a good A.D. and H.C. And new Laywers. Go Big Orange
