It's just because I got a gold (best time I've ever gotten on a segment) on the last split. Best possible time is just based on the golds.

@@ShikenNuggets I see. I assumed it was based on a calculated perfect run and the timer just had a slight rounding error, but that makes a lot more sense. Maybe you explained that when you were talking about how the predicted time was calculated and I just missed it, but either way, thanks. And congratulations on the World Record.

why is city played in spanish but asylum is played in english? what goes into making that decision?

In City the Spanish dialogue is shorter and therefore faster than the English dialogue. That's not the case in Asylum
