I swear this is the only channel that has good/great advice geared towards sprinters. All the other ones I’ve found all say the same thing. Thank you for the amazing content man. 🙏🏾

This is so great. Currently putting together a full-season training program for someone else and this is just the kind of concise instruction that I needed to start brainstorming. The cuts to training footage and real-life examples (of cycles and such) made it engaging to watch too. Kudos for making this free!

What killed my Achilles, ankle and shin pain was doing calf raise KOT squats with 10-15kg each side with a 30s eccentric!

Your videos are great really useful information. You really know your staff, I'm getting back into sprinting at the age of 45. You look like you would destroy 100m. What's your best time for the 100m? 👍

@@ATHLETE.X Can I ask a question? As sprinting puts a lot of stress and strain on the body and me being 45. Should I start with steady running for a few weeks before starting an off session sprint training programme to build a good base of fitness? I'm in the gym weight training 3 times a week with one leg day. I have tried jumping right into sprint training and the recovery time I need is quite a few days. I'm lacking strength and speed endurance. I have only started the gym work 2 weeks ago so early day's. Thanks 👍

@@lahtal1 dont start sprinting from day one, take a little time to strengthen your tendons and do more low intensity things such as easy hops single leg hops and maybe u can do some easy tempo 100s. Also lift weights and become mobile and u should be good to go
