I love most of her songs but her tamer songs are definitely it for me. 'Star' and 'Numb' are so good. Her recent OST 'Gosh' is so good too. Her vocals on those tracks are SSS.

Some elements of this song and mv reminds me of videos from the late 90s-early 00s. I think it's her best song and video yet. I particularly like how she played with the flow of her rap. She feels way more confident in this song and mv imo, and I think she's shown a lot of growth with this comeback across the board.

"I feel like a million bucks, must be that million bucks" is such a fucking good lyric. She literally made a helluva good bar by repeating the same line twice. Perfection. I've yet to hear a song by Jessi that I don't love. I'd have to say "Numb" is my favorite closely followed by "What Type of X". I found "Numb" right have a particularly difficult and toxic breakup and it helped me through that so that song will always be dear to me. For "What Type of X" I just love the badass vibes of it and it was my first introduction to her rapping. But it's really impossible to choose. It depends on my mood. I love "Drip" featuring Jay Park which I listen to often, "Zoom" here, "Who Dat B", etc. I mean, how can you pick a favorite Jessi song?

QUEEN! 👑🔥 OMG that was PSY!!! PD just made me realise why the idea of "concepts" was so odd to me being new to kpop. Most of the music I listened to are infused with the artists' personality. Like Jessi here. Which is the rule rather than the exception. While in the industry Jessi is in it seems to be the exception? This is why I fell in love with Jessi recently and how am now full of respect towards PSY. Both of them are more about expressing themselves, rather than selling themselves out to "concepts". Jessi and P-Nation is the combo they both deserve. I am rooting for them 💜 Have you seen heard Jessi x PSY "GANJI"? "Coldblooded"? WHAT TYPE OF X is my favourite from her so far. But that's probably because I lean more towards alternative rock. But. ZOOM is very happy catchy and witty! She took the mickey out of the industry and like PD said shows of her range!
