just gonna use this as an outlet to answer some of the questions that came up. so the blue haired guy in the sort of psychiatric ward is qian kun, he’s the oldest ( he’s only like? a little over a month older than ten) and he’s the leader of the group and one of the vocalists! the one that was in this kind of mechanical area with the pipes and great lightening is xiaojun, he’s the main vocalist of the group, one of the members who was introduced as smrookie in 2018. compared to kun and ten who were both around since 2016, and lucas who was smrookie in 2017 and debuted early 2018, he’s still one of the newer members, however he participated in a survival show pre debut so he’s not a complete rookie to the business! in terms of popularity, lucas and ten are definitely the most popular though winwin isn’t far behind (do correct me if i’m wrong). lucas had the awesome opportunity to take part in a famous chinese variety called keep running alongside other chinese celebrities as well as gidles yuqi and that definitely boosted both his and wayvs popularity in china, so he’s probably the one most well known to the general public. winwin has had an incredibly solid fan base in china for a long time now, i think winwinbar is one of the fanbars who spends the most money every comeback on projects and what not so i seriously don’t understand why sm isn’t using that but i digress. ten is, obviously, incredibly beloved most especially amongst international fans and as far as i know the same can be said for his chinese fan base. so him and lucas are definitely the faces of the group in terms of recognition and popularity. hope this was helpful!

If we're comparing WayV and NCT 127, I feel like a lot of people can relate that we usually take time to make sense of NCT 127 title tracks. To be honest, the first time I heard Kick It, it gave me a headache because I wasn't expecting that much noise. I didn't like it but it grew on you. Punch was a complete 180. And it also took me a while to make sense of the song. But for WayV, surprisingly, despite their title tracks being loud, they aren't as overwhelming as 127 can be. WayV's music is really unique. Their title track can be noise but the vocals shine through and the music itself doesn't drown the vocals. I also look forward ro the dance break that WayV usually has in their title tracks. It is their signature now. But I agree with you, this Music Video is not as interesting as Moonwalk or Take Off. It's a well-produced MV but the editing is a bit rush i think? And there are a lot of things to take in at every scene that it can be a bit difficult to pay attention to. But it's a great MV nonetheless.

I think you're right on Lucas being the most popular member - helps he's had the best promo outside of the group via Keep Running in China. Winwin also has a massive following though, and Ten's had a very solid fanbase since 2016. I know it’s a bit different but while I enjoyed the song/MV, the teasers for this comeback were absolutely incredible! Every member had a really highly produced teaser that felt like a mini movie (albeit short of course) and they honestly felt like some of the coolest teasers I’ve ever seen! some things to note are that: the MV was delayed and the release of the physical album was also delayed. This is due to the controversy revolving around their outfits, and SM probably had to re-edit everything and even re-print their albums because of that. I think that explains why the MV editing may look rushed. lucas IS the most popular member, with ten. lucas may not have the biggest fanbase in Wayv but he has the most popularity internationally and in chian combined. He was a fixed MC of one of the most popular variety shows in China, Keep Running, and is also a member of SuperM. Lucas has also been an attention grabbrr and instantly grabbed many peoples' attention since his debut. He's also the only NCT member to appear on many korean tv variety shows solo, so it makes sense that he's the most recognised. Lucas is also the most followed on IG right now. So yes lucas is the most popular followed by ten.

i don't think any wayv concept will ever top "moonwalk" for me, but this was a great song and some of those sets are just gorgeous. i particularly appreciate the lighting in xiaojun's shots and kun's 'broken mirrors' scenery. also loving the attention to detail in the way they played with color gradients and matched the overall tones of each set to the member's hair and outfit. also winwin's stylist did a fantastic job whoever they are, because he truly looks like a whole new person with that short hair and eyebrow slit. also kun's little popping head-to-chest isolation in the second prechorus is my new obsession.

The most popular members of Wayv are Lucas, Winwin, and Ten. Lucas and Ten are more famous internationally but Winwin is more famous in China, Xuxi apart from being a rapper and visual is also a frequent center so he has a little more time on the screen, another reason would be because he participated in Keep Running and well he became much more popular. Psdt: Unfortunately many people hate him just because he stands out more in the videos when he clearly doesn't edit them, all the guys work hard and he tries a lot but he still gets a lot of criticism.

blue hair= kun (the leader of wayv + vocalist) the guy who you said was gorgeous (also seen in the steam room)= xiaojun (vocalist) rapper (in the nature room + does the 5432)=hendery rapper seen in the blue light setting (with all the graffiti) =yangyang winwin decivingly seems like he has more lines in this song but he really doesn't and we were all tricked oops also yes, wayv has that signature dance break in each title track (that ten leads)! i would say lucas and ten are probably the most popular in wayv (especially because people know them from nct and superm) so that would explain why they get the most screentime (also they both seem to be centers)
