I swear it seems like FNC is sabotaging Zuho since he left the agency for his solo work. They said he'd still be in group activities, but he hasn't been. They even removed Zuho’s facial recognition, meaning he couldn’t enter the FNC building, and blocked his access to the group’s KZbin channel. Then he posted on IG "I CAN'T DO IT EVEN IF I WANT TO". Then later deleted it. And FNC posted that the comeback would be five members and made sure to mention that only 5 members participated in the production of the album. It all just seems like they're trying to delete him from SF9.

I understand your frustration, but there are times we need to be objective. When Zuho left FNC, he is no longer an employee of FNC, so logically speaking, that was why he had no access to FNC building and KZbin account, all of which are considered FNC's assets. No former employees can have access to their former employer's assets. Now, he is still part of SF9, so he probably is more like a contractor to FNC, which generally speaking, he should apply for or be handed temporary access when there are group activities pertaining to his group contract. As for the announcement of 5 members, ... why is this an issue? When FNC wasn't clear about a member's participation, fans got mad. Now they are clear about who participate, fans still get mad? Hate FNC all we want, but I don't think it is healthy for us to be frustrated at everything when that thing is logical. We as fans don't have access to the behind the scenes, so making the assumption everything is FNC's fault is biased thinking. FNC is stupid but they know well Zuho is an asset for SF9. If anything, it is the new agency that stood to gain more from Zuho doing more solo activities. So from my pov, both agencies should be the problem here if we want to speculate. Their negotiations behind the scenes regarding profit and scheduling probably the chief reason leading to this situation.

funnily enough: the only reason we got dwbh as a title track is because the members fought hard for it!! the ceo wanted them to release a ballad in the middle of summer and it wouldn't have had the same success I am sure. Theey won their first music show since traume with this song so it definitely was the right decision to go with what the members wanteed!

Thanks for checking this out! They’ve put out the idea that they are called The Broken Hearts Club and that this will be part 1 in a 3 part series. I totally agree that since around Tear Drop era I feel like they’ve really been finding their own sound. The members have writing credits on all of the songs and Yoo Taeyang wrote and composed a b side called Melodrama, which they performed on The Show. The b sides are really great. I personally love Cruel Love and Just. Yes, Jaeyoon and Dawon are still enlisted, but Jaeyoon does come back soon! Zuho signed with another company for individual activities and FNC has been being petty about how they’ve been treating him since. They put out a statement through articles saying he couldn’t participate in this cb because of “scheduling conflicts”, but as fans we’re not buying it. They won’t explain why he’s left out, they removed his access to the building, and they’ve also left him out of their anniversary fancon in October. The fandom found out that he didn’t even know it was happening until they announced it to fans. We think the other members didn’t know that the company didn’t contact him either. There was next to no promotion from the company for this cb. Inseong’s really stepped up his social media presence and they’ve been promoting the group themselves. And the fandom was behind getting a lot of MV and Korean ads. Thanks again for checking the MV out!

I really love SF9's unique sound. They always come back with different types of great songs and good music videos. "Bibora" is also in my brain now. It's so interesting!

Another thing I like about this song is that they’re playing with the major second of the chord (if that makes sense, I haven’t taken music theory for quite some time 😭). For example, after the “ooh ooh ooh ooh ha ha happy” when they sing “don’t worry, be happy “ all on one note, they don’t resolve. And at the end of youngbin’s rap when he says “보여야해“ he doesn’t resolve there either. They have a B-side called ‘My Fantasia’ and when Chani sings “you could be my Fantasia” at the end of the first chorus and at the end of the song, he doesn’t resolve there either. If I’m not mistaken, it’s a common tactic used in jazz and interesting to see SF9 use it so much in this title track and mini album. 😍😍😍 SF9 has a lot of jazzy songs, my favorite ones being ‘Hide and Seek’ and ‘Hey Hi Bye’!!!

Thanks so much for checking this out! I really love all of SF9's release this year, BIBORA, Hwiyoung's release IT IS L0VE (please check it out if you can~), and now Don't Worry, Be Happy. It's apparently the first of a trilogy, and I'm glad of the reassurance that SF9 will be releasing more music. This comeback definitely had the members more involved, the members themselves pushed for this title track since it was mentioned in their interview that their CEO wanted them to promote a ballad. Inseong took charge of social media promotions and has been posting reels using popular memes, Youngbin, Taeyang, and Hwiyoung were involved in writing and composing, Taeyang and Chani choreographed the title track. I hope you can do a listening party for both SF9 releases when you can! Both albums have an amazing variety of songs for everyone to enjoy. Like previous comments mentioned, Zuho seems to be excluded from this comeback. He signed with another agency for individual activities, and while FNC stated he's still a member, they don't seem to be giving him any chances to do so. He's not in surprise variety show guestings, he's unable to access the group social media accounts, and FNC didn't even inform him that he would not be part of the anniversary fancon. It's really looking like they're making an example out of him to convince the other members to renew, and it's frustrating.

SF9 is as good as fine wine. 🍷 Personally, I like Bibora more, haha, but this song is really fun and reminds me of Kpop from the 2010s or even their former labelmates AOA with short hair and "Heart Attack." That high note was amazing; Inseong is the best! Thanks to him, and maybe the rest of the members too, we have lots of things that Fantasy have been demanding from FNC, such as promotion on social media, performance videos, subtitles on the videos, etc. I hope we as fans maintain this strength and hope Zuho can join too. 😢

thank you for this MV analysis~~ You made me realize why I felt the way I feel when I first watched it. Recently I've seen a drama with very simple story but the execution with acting and directing hits the emotions so well that viewers feel it and relate and it lingers and I have been searching for something similar from everything else I watched but they all just pale in comparison. Then comes THIS!! SF9's DWBH hit my heart it all the right places with lingering feelings. Simple but with deep sincerity in execution with the song, lyrics and MV.

I really love the song, I love the energy they have while performing it, this whole comeback feels very happy and comfortable and you can feel it from the members themselves even. idk how to say it, but listening to the song or watching their performances of it makes me feel so happy and comfortable. Just really settled happy. I just love love this song for them! And for Zuho, FNC has released a notice that says he couldn't participate because of conflict of schedules. there seems to be more to it, as it Zuho disagree (he sent some things through his fans chats platform). it seems there is a conflict between him and FNC since he left and joined another agency. It's a shame that FNC isn't communicating and working with Zuho. The members haven't said anything about it so far -ofc they won't, they are under an FNC contract after all-.

I hope some kpop fans will share what is happening with Zuho. FNC entertainment has been sabotaging him since the change of company for his acting activities. The company itself said that this will not interfere with his idol activities within the group, but they will not let him participate in the comeback and now in the fancon for their 8th anniversary. Zuho has expressed his anger and sadness, it is clear that the company is the problem. On the other hand, I liked “Don’t worry, be happy.” The song is catchy and thanks to Inseong’s promotion, it is on my mind 24/7. Thank you for your reaction. Thank you so much for this reaction! I love this whole album, although I certainly miss the members that aren't in it. I feel that there are two homages of sorts to Zuho in this MV. First, the title is one of Zuho's taglines. Second, Chani is wearing a t-shirt in the MV " Free to Sparkle, " and Sparkle was the name of Zuho's fanmeeting tour he was doing until very recently.

It is definitely not an easy time in that aspect right now... Things I want to mention: ☆ ChaNi himself asked if he can make the choreography for DWBH and he used sign language in the choreography - what is really amazing. ☆ I recommend watching Melodrama performance. This is such an awesome review and affirmation of the brilliance of this song! And I also love how positive it is from a mental health perspective - yes, you broke up, but let go and be at peace! You are quite right about the enjoyment on Taeyang's face, and it was replicated in almost all of them through their live performances - they were really having fun!! Lastly, I completely agree that Hwiyoung is growing ever more radiant every day!! 😍😍❤️❤️ P.S. Speaking to one of your last points about growing, in an interview with Panorama published today, in response to a question of how do you maintain a balance between showcasing your individual personalities and creating a cohesive group sound, Hwiyoung said, "if we understand our own roles and responsibilities, there shouldn't be major difficulties. In fact, the more each person's individuality shines, the greater the synergy when we come together as a group! I thought that this was so insightful!

This song is very good. They have matured a lot and it's incredible that only five members do as good a job as nine. Personally, I only miss Zuho as a rapper, but Inseong and Taeyang shined as the only two vocalists. Maybe you didn't notice in the video, but they used sign language for the deaf. Amazing song, amazing video, amazing SF9.

Sf9 is hella underrated. Even in this comeback fnc didn’t give proper promotion yet sf9 got success thanks to the talent and hardwork of members. And Zuho's case is really pathetic. He's been the longest trainee, wrote song and loves sf9 like his own body part. And fnc is treating him real bad. Fnc has histories of treating other groups badly too. I don't know where the end of this is

fnc has been trying to pussh out zuho out if the group because he got a different management for his solo work and now they don't even ask him to participate in things like the fancon, they did'nt even notify him and for the comeback they said he had schedules but he said he would have participated if they had let him. zuho has been pretty open how fnc is pushing back on him and not letting him be a part of the group that he helped shape with him producing multiple songs for them like even puzzle! this album is great but I am sad zuho isn't part of it

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again! SF9 has always had that genuine 2nd gen kpop sound that doesn’t feel forced. Sorry if this sounds rude, but to me, a lot of newer kpop groups who try to replicate that sound from especially the 2000s and a bit from the 2010s don’t do it right. 2nd gen groups have timeless bops and SF9 are right alongside them 😍
