I actually got a question … Is acetic acid an exceptional case 😮 ? Bec it doesn’t start with H but CH3COO instead ?

Sometimes is is written HC2H3O2. I like CH3COOH bc it is the H on the COO that dissociates to make it an acid. So sort of an exceptional case.
