Yes, Mohamed. there is huge difference. A master thesis should focus on interpretations and analytical/explorative questions, while a PhD shall focus on solutions and predictions.

I am hoping to have at least 5 participants, ESL teachers. The research question is, Are the PT teachers engaged in decision making policies of the institution and to what extent are they satisfied from their job?
