I have a 2015 ford Pi sedan, I changed the instrument cluster for a sho instrument cluster and when I try to change the mileage using Forscan, I keep getting the service procedure has been interrupted error. Does anyone know how to get around this? I have tried almost all I know to do and I am stuck.

Hey Richard - love your work. Can I just ask: I currently use the Android app version of Forscan with my Focus MK3, but this is wireless through a Bluetooth vGate module. What corded module should I buy to get the full benefits using the PC version? I want to be able to program a new key amongst other things. Thanks in advance. Andy

my car isent reaching the ecu my mobilizer is flashing fast,after loads of turning the key on and off car starts these are the dtc codes -- E510 D900 then that means that there is a communications fault for the ignition, as well as a communication fault with the transmission. Usually this means that Your car will not start. could it be a bad earth connection

Have a 2014 transit custom. Have the licensed 1yr copy of Forscan with Genuine module and cannot see the PAT’s feature within forscan tools menu for setting the keys. Do you know whether this feature is blocked on models of this year? Cheers

I replaced the cluster on a 2012 fusion, i matched the numbers on the back of the new used cluster with the original cluster as told. Now the vehicle will not start,theft light blinks rapidly. if i put the old cluster back on start it up leave it on and unplug the original cluster while its running then plug the new cluster the vehicle keeps running, if i cut off the vehicle while the new cluster is plugged it will not cut back on, goes back to rapid theft light. I need help. Any suggestions??

I would imagine it need the PATS setting up as the keys will not be programmed to your new dash.

What would happen if you set it to 999999 drive till it goes to say 000001. In theory this would then allow you too input the numbers you want as they will all be higher mileage.

Hi mate can you help me with a problem I have? 2008 ford Cmax, I cannot get the fuel level gauge to work I have replaced the sender unit which has not helped a gauge sweep test shows the gauge to be working and I am getting a fault codeOn the instrument panel of 9202 any help would be appreciated

I would check continuity of the wiring between the sender and the cluster.

@@rmautodiag Thank you very much forgetting back to me really appreciate it I’m pulling my hair out here and the sender unit wasn’t cheap! any idea where I can find the colour coding for the wiring and does it go into any multi plugs anywhere?

@@SalimKhan-gk1fh looking a few diagrams they all look the same. A white/red and brown/red wire are for the sender to the cluster. The will be smaller than the pump wiring.

@@rmautodiag Oh cheers thank you very much for looking it up for me ,it’s a 1.8 TDCI and there is no pump in the tank just the sender unit, I take it the wiring loom will run down the driver-side inner sill carpet area?

write it to 999999 and drive 2 km to 000001 then increase ?

U know u can change the milage to 9999999 drive it for a mile then it will be 0000000 then u can make any milage u want
