Those house prices are insane! The first house was small with no garage. At a asking price of $378k + 6.8% interest for 30yr fixed? Pass. The second house was large but waaaaaaay too close to the neighbors at that price point. Also no two car garage. Pass. The last house was basically a million dollar home with an hoa. Once again. Pass
