I did my training at Ft Bliss before the school was moved to Ft Sill. I did my duty in the Uk and later in Germany.

It's too bad that they moved the school to Fort Sill.

Your video was nicely done! Hello to you and Data. This is nearby my home in Altus. There is a camp ground inside the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge called Camp Doris🙂. I really enjoy using it as it is a bit more remote.

Thank you so much. I didn't know that there is a campground within the Wildlife Refuge. I guess it's for tent camping?

@@rmcampingtrailsadventures It has full electric and water hookups for RVs too. www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/10038733

There is another campground in the Quartz Mountain State park near Lone Wolf just north of me. I camp and hike there and in the WMWR most often as they are close to me. But I also love the campgrounds you have also visited (Caprock Canyons) in Quitique, TX and Palo Duro Canyons in Canyon, TX. Hoping my cardiologist is going to let me get back on trail soon!

So the campground and lake is open to the public? I ask because on many Army bases the recreation areas are just for military or sponsored guests. Very beautiful area, btw! Much more than I imagined.

Fort Sill itself is open to the public if you obtain a visitors pass. For that you have to go to the visitor welcome center and have proper ID and SSN. For the campground it's best to call adv-Travel.
