Used Homes prices seem to be coming down to more affordable prices compared to the abnormal rise in price in the last 2 yrs but it seems all the builders for new construction refuse to lower their prices. A lot of new construction still listing houses at > 210 dollars x sqft with no signs that they want to try to go get close to early 2021 prices. Don't get it specially with the rise in inventory.
