And by the way: every Fortis is delivered in the “Alpha Box”. Which you can use as a travel box or watch display, next to your bed at night 😉 Enclosed a Swiss made changing tool, because no springbars used. It is a expensive watch you know, so only screwpins

As a previous owner of both a Fortis Stratoliner and Cosmonaut, they are rock solid watches. Only thing i did not like is that the crown did not screw down and come to an endpoint. Once you screw it down, you can still continue to wind it, which did not make me feel confident for the water resistance. Not sure if that is still the case now.

Now thats different and something I've come across before TVO 🤔 Fortis I find isn't a brand you see much off on youtube I need to change that :)

The first B-42 Official Cosmonaut series. Did have a screw down crown. But after some difficulties, they changed the tube and crown and implemented the famous 3-way seal system. So with this, they created a 20 ATM watch, without a screwed down crown. And even you could use the pushers underwater! Since 2019 all the watches do have a redefined screwdown crown.

I ask because I’m considering getting either the base version of this or the new Sinn 903 particularly the limited edition version which would you suggest? Now thats a real tough one I personally prefer the Fortis design as its more sporty but is it worth a little over 2k more... well you do get a titanium case and bracelet with a great clasp and a amazing back story plus limited to only 100. Ps I'd go for the 903 Le the dial colour is just gorgeous

Really, I was thinking for a chrono it wasn't to bad at all
