Here's the answer to your question. In 'low performance mode 720p' shown in this video, there is about 14GB of DDR RAM used. If you upgrade your DDR RAM from '8GB' to '2x8 = 16GB' you should be able to run Fortnite.

buy a graphics card, if it has space for a two slot gpu, get a regular full sized one (personally i'd go with the 1050ti or the 580) if it only has one slot then go with something like the rx 550

bro i know is bad but use the 3D resolution on 30% in game and creative 15-25%, the quality is bad but you can do like 60fps
