I think the reason it feels so sudden is because Epic didn't expect us to beat Doom that quickly, they probably expected Doom to be beaten closer to Fortnitemares but everyone overwhelmed Doom in just under an hour, at least that's what I think

fun fact about the event Dr Doom is not actually dead if you hear in the event doom say YOU NEVER ESCAPE DOOM and then gets teleported you might be asking what happend to doom well doom actually got teleported to Reality 616 Reality 616 is basically a marvel/ fortnite universe and got teleported there and the mask thing I don't know how his mask got taken off when he was getting teleported probably because of the Pandora going into the rift and so because doom have the Pandora armor on the effects of the rift was absorbing the Pandora armor so doom and ofc pandora got teleported/rift to Reality 616.

I don’t understand why people don’t get this but *we did lose* . Doom doesn’t have to destroy us all for us to lose, even a stalemate would mean a loss. Our goal was to end Doom or put a permanent stop to his plans and as SIO alluded to, Doom isn’t gone forever-he will be back. So we didn’t achieve our goal. That can be considered a loss in this sense. We lost this first fight not because Doom destroyed us, but because we couldn’t stop him and the chaos he could bring to our island. My personal prediction is that with this time Shuri’s given us by temporarily rifting Doom, we’re gonna try and come up with a new plan to stop him which could mean making a dead with the devil himself, Mephisto. I think someone will end up sacrificing themselves so that we can have an upper hand with our next encourager with doom.
