When Midas sailed off, he traveled to that island and was attacked by The wasteland. They upgraded the yacht, and when the island got struck, they used the sandstorm to get to the island without being noticed. They used the ship to transport all of the Nitro to the island too. The small 3 story building and vault with 3 NPCs that was above the tennis court poi is now not worth landing at. I went there 50% of my games last 2 seasons. I loved that little place. Actually had a good bit of chests and a whole mini vault 😢
