I don't read comics at all anymore, but I have always had a soft spot for Superman. This story feels so fresh, so relevant, so interesting. I love how this Superman has to *create* a way forward for himself, just like his parents did before him Krypton. The odds are stacked against him, he's a true underdog, but he has a heart of gold and the inner strength to back it up. Looking forward for when this releases tomorrow to read it for myself.

A random thought popped in my head. What if the suit is the fortress of solitude? The suit AI being Kelex‚ the status and healing being the kryptonian healing pod. Maybe the crystals are not used since Krypton destroyed themselves with the crystals. Most likely not (re: the suit being the fortess)‚ would like to see how this world's fortress is created.

Lois lane almost like a villain interesting this is something that l must watch definetely in the next issue. To be honest l hope they bring something new on this one instead of ending up together like we already have seem in other almost thousands of universe let's see what they do over here if it would be the same and end up together or if they ended up being just partners but they never trust each other.

So far this is extremely interesting, though I do have my gripes. I don't like the talking suit, was never much of a fan of that trope and frankly I don't think it works with Superman, who is supposed to be a lone alien in a foreign, unknown world. Other than that, I cannot wait to see what else is done with this story. I want to see Lex Luthor.
