Was able to sneak away on a bike and get away and no one was the wiser. It was clean, slick, efficient, and left the cops absolutely stunned, while ALL the criminals got away without firing a shot. Create a civilian oversight board, with all spots taken by pure civilian character RPers, no cops or crims allowed, even as an alternate character. And no admins either. And Internal Affairs should only answer to the Civilian oversight board, not anyone in police command. Let whoever is elected mayor control who sits on the civilian board. Makes it more realistic. Accusations by citizens against cops for reckless driving, false arrest, excessive imprisonment, and excessive force, as well as for discrimination and harassment should all be investigated by the IA and reported to and dealt with by the civilian oversight board.

Internal Affairs are still cops, they just enforce the law against other cops. IA should still have full access to PD, armory, and units, they just dont respond to civilian crime. But they can follow cops under investigation to an active scene to make sure they respond appropriately. The problem right now is that cops can still tell IA what they can and cant do, which in real life is not the case at all. As we saw with Koil telling IA that Andrews is untouchable when he was being investigated for shooting someone in the holding cell. Personally, I would like to see IA cops be able to fine cops and collect a percentage the same way regular cops do to crims. They could also add a room in the PD with just a desk and nothing else, where cops who are put on "desk duty" for X amount of time have to sit and do nothing, just like crims spend time in jail for crimes. Imagine watching Wrangler getting fined for his nonsense, or Angel put on desk duty for her regular vehicular manslaughter.

Any actual attempt at chain of command or change just gets instantly squashed by him and andrews because they are the big dogs, the sheriff and chief positions are literally just name tags with no power whatsoever. Like i get it they have been doing this for years and its his own server and andrews is a cop irl but to me its seemingmore and more like a "whatever not my problem" thing as time progresses. I actually wonder what would happen if crims and cops just swapped places, I wonder who would win shootouts/80s... What they really need is an extremely experienced cop who has a crim character to be chief and help the flow of discussion in a combative and constructive way. For example, earlier on in 3.0 there was a cop that complained about crims always going into tunnels on fleecas. Assumably, irl she should know that air 1 forces crims into tunnels. If she doesnt like tunnels, you cant really have air 1, or you need a cop car that is slightly faster than 4 doors. Right now, the balance of cars is waay in favor of cops, and because of loading times, fast speeds are absurdly dangerous and risky for the crim.

Something thats stock for PD is a huge power spike for crims, they just need to learn how to use the tools they have and not complain how Crims are so OP. sounds like silvers complaining about class/champions instead of just admitting its a skill/teamwork gap.

And what’s more fucked up is that any high command have their own SOP’s against crim plans like there are no obvious rules for each situation so that the crim’s won’t get confused during chase. Bike plans for example, during chase there are high command who ram and pit bikes as soon as they get on it, there are HC who shoot tires as soon as crim get on bikes, there are HC who tase crim when they get on bikes, and there are HC who let crim continue the chase on bikes until they catch them. Everyone complains about communication but nothing gets done about it. Communication needs to go beyond their simple comms during a chase. As a new NoPixel viewer I noticed lots of cops just being very bad at RP. I can get that someone plays a hardass cop. But if your response is a NO to everything or you don't give the criminals anything to work with and you just shoot them on sight then its just bad RP. I've seen agressive cops at mere traffic stops while giving the criminal character nothing to work with. Saw last week a cop detain a character and point him to a wall, missing out on RP going on around him. Instead of trying to resolve the minor argument they had. The criminal merely misunderstood what the cop said. Instead of resolving such a minor issue the character gets detained for 45 minutes, standing against a wall... with the cop walking away and giving 0 RP chances. Oh the same happened with a character in jail at the PD, waiting for a lawyer. They just left the character alone for 20 minutes. Such exciting RP. They act too much like tryhard super cops.

The sad part is that when cops try to keep comms, the higher ups usually reject them. And when they reject comms, they get upset at the cops in that scenario for not keeping comms. FortyOne is right, the comms throughout the PD are awful. Crims keep their comms up high and that’s why they’re able to get better outcomes in the long run. One thing I think of is the other night, Whippy (Dundee) was on a solo chase with like… 8 other units on his ass. He nearly got away too (if it wasn’t for his car being bulletproof 😅). He had interceptors, he had multiple weapons pointed at him, he had basically all of the PD on him. Cops really wanna play the victim and say they’re at a disadvantage when they’re doing shit like that? Hmmmm…

The solution is have CG own the PD for a month and watch the ones that work solo fall and the ones that work as a team succeed and PD would then be a monster.

Bro the first thing they should do is making a rule for respecting Senior officer according to their rank and the time they have serving the force They don't address their senior as sir

This is my take on this but if the cops had certain cops leading they would have better teamwork. From my understanding whoever is first on scene is the one that leads the scene until it ends. If you had the same leader everyone would be following the same book and you wouldn’t be alternating between different types of leadership. IMO I think this is why cops lack in skill and execution.

Cops lose then they just change the rules or make the cops have better equipment. Crims lose then oh well make better getaway plans.

Crims have to train tirelessly and endlessly on comms, driving, shooting, and map awareness. Cops get pissed at even the smallest hint of required 'training' (because they don't consider it RP). Cops get fucked, because they refuse to actually RP as cops and train together/work together to get more accustomed to working as a team. Back during 2.0, they'd have weekly training sessions w/ huge chunks of PD, it's how they started to figure out how to cover the construction site from multiple angles, after Eugene kept getting away from them on it, over and over and over again. But, you bring up PD 'training' now, and that's just too much, or something. lol. Imagine if crims refused to learn how to operate the vault, or banks. Just like, nah, fuck it, that's not RP, that's just mechanical mastery. And just stopped doing crime.

Makes you really wonder why people hate cop meetings. It's cause there's probably only the higher ups in the cop department who is always calling out everything bad people are doing and how to fix it. People do not like to be called on their shit. Trust me, i play WoW.

It's unfortunately human nature. Give a somebody power and attention and he will spend his life craving more stepping on others to get it.

He ain't lying. Spitting straight facts. The PD in No Pixel sucks. Angel is the absolute worst. They always play for wins, not RP. RP goes out the window when the cop streamers sniff a chance for that all mighty W. Pathetic Koil hasn't issued more bans.

PREEAAACH!!!! Cops in this server get caught up in the streamer fame and automatically think they have opinions that matter and are better than everyone else’s…. It’s honestly been a ticking time bomb of disappointment since 3.0 started. Crims were strictly held to a certain amount of guidelines and told it they deviate from that there would be devastating repercussions….. cops where given a class 2 (that crims don’t have) and given free range…. It’s honestly the biggest joke I’ve seen on this server.
