Forum Nuus: Ernst Roets eerste getuie in hofstryd tussen AfriForum en EFF oor 'Kill the Boer'

Ernst Roets, hoof van Beleid en Aksie by AfriForum, was vandag die eerste getuie in die saak wat die burgerregteorganisasie teen Julius Malema en sy ondersteuners gemaak het oor die sing van die lied Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer. Die saak is vir tien dae op die hofrol in die Gelykheidshof wat in die Johannesburgse hooggeregshof sit. Roets het grootliks getuig oor die inhoud in sy boek, Kill the Boer, wat handel oor plaasmoorde en die motiewe daaragter. Hy het ook verwys na spesifieke plaasmoorde wat met uiterste vorme van brutaliteit, onmenslike geweld, verkragting en marteling gepaard gaan. Die saak gaan more voort.
