What's your opinion about ashtang pranaam position which is unseeing only in suryanamaskaar on in India. Cause I m notice others country's yogi avoiding this position n using chaturanga during suryanamaskaar. Now I m little confused about which position I have use during suryanamaskaar practice ashtang pranaam Or chaturanga position. This is not only my confusion even others also have this problem. Please 🙏 if possible make it clear

interesting... i was advised strongly against "ballistic" stretching in my time as a personal trainer... the hamstring stretch + block looks potentially dangerous for the knee. i feel these exercises are good for the youth as seen in the video but worry that older people may end up injuring themselves for no reason. cool pictures on the wall tho...
