Was weird for me to not see a bike use the heel of the boot for down shifting. I forgot that you old school types keep the design minimalists, got to say, it's looking great and truly enjoy seeing your ideas come to fruition. Keep up the awesome work, love the videos. thank you.

A lovely little setup you have there and when welding in the box I would of primed and painted the surfaces that the powder coating won't reach.

Won’t the exhaust be a tad close to the master cylinder? Makes me wonder if the brake fluid will get too hot?

Battery in a tin box high up out of the way , or. Form a fulse oil cover shape and loose it there with some wiring , or fill that gap in next to the chain

Looks great. There’s two things I don’t like about this bike. First it’s not mine 😁 second I really hate the rear fender supports. They look like dexion shelving or cheap exhaust strap. Only those two things though 😂

So, have you figured out how much you will charge when you start a production line for this frame design for all of us out here wanting one or at least how much for the plans and materials listing. Loving it so much I am wiping the drool off my chin as I type. Really nice work, all your videos of projects are amazing to follow along. Thank You.

Don't forget to add solder and heat shrink to the wire ends before plugging them into the battery lugs! It helps keep the grunge from growing!

Quite right, although over here we call it the AJS EOS! And the CB550 engine is almost a bolt in jobby for the EOS too - it's what I was planning to do to mine but I'm now yearning for an old AJS 500cc single.

Nice work, but I can see lots of potential weight savings by using some thinner stock for the battery box. Perhaps some other areas are somewhat overbuilt, but the potential for breaking is very low as you have it now. Good to see progress, and I don't side with the gent who said it'll never be ridden,

@@Icebuntrucker that's why every car on the market has solid pipes running under the car . Only reason they have flex hoses is to compensate for suspension travel .

Having your battery exposed to the elements isn't, sorry, the smartest thing to do, especially in a country known for it's damp climate. Keep your battery clean and dry and it will last a long time.
