I just became a legend painter on Friday, so yes it is still possible. Here's what I found for the best results. 1. You must unshare and reshare all your designs, even your 5 star ones. 2. The more times you unshare and reshare throughout the day, the better. I didn't hit it until 36,000 downloads. Keep at it. You'll probably hit it sooner than me.

I made a simple designe for the huayra BC. Then I called it "Pagani R" because it has a R on the side, but One das later it got 5 stars and it got 400 downloads. I was really suprised and then i made it in other colors and they also got 5 stars. These designes were my first ones.

How To Be A Legendary Painter: 1) Make a universal layer that includes all the vinyl options so it looks like you put thought into it. 2) Buy about 100 cars to put that 'unique' vinyl on and share. 3) Keep re-sharing every few days in different catagories 4) Laugh at the try hards as you collect that sweet CR. :/

like i said it takes time. I find Horizon to have the best livery program out of all racing games i have played. The best way is using this method I described above. Find a logo or vinyl you like and just start copying it and then add some flair to make it your own. Use it as a learning method to get better and eventually you wont have to use a stencil
