I would most definitely recomend fh4. For a rig i dont know ur budget but a good all around rig i'd recommend is. "Thrustmaster tmx pro" with "th8 shifter" Paired with an "open wheel racing stand cockpit". That plus xbox s ab fh4 its about $1000usd. But there are cheaper options and much more expensive options. Thats just a mid ground build. Hope that helps.
