I know this is the comments and this will get glossed over but let me tell you the easiest and brilliant rallycar for B-Class. *1991 Peugeot 205 Rallye* Parts you need : Rally Tires and ALL the rest is power. No Tuning required, It's suspension is perfect stock. Im at work and I forgot if I did weight reduction or not but that's it.
