Thanks for your videos. Today I just cleaned the axis and the cassette is doing RWD and FWD like a beast! I also had to replace the fader in channel 3, pretty easy.

How did you size and find the appropriate belt?

This unit was in such bad condition And missing so many cosmetic parts I used it for spares, the motor and heads are in other units now, so I never got to the stage of buying several belt sizes and finding which worked best, sorry. You can try wrapping masking tape around the pulley and flywheel, cutting it then measuring the cut tape, then see what flat section belts of approximately that circumference are available. I would err on something 5- 20 mm shorter than the cut tape since a good neoprene belt is very flexible.
