Yes have Josh on again. Josh seems and is approachable. A while back i watched a utube video of a short piece where Josh said he had post viral issues etc. I PM'd Josh to get his perspective on this as i was having the same issues. I wasnt really expecting much but we went back and forth a couple of times and he gave significantly long responses to me which i appreciated. Thanks Josh. Fouad i dont know how you do it especially talking to someone interesting like Josh as its easy to go down the rabbit hole on a topic but you do a great job on bringing it back inline. But im glad you asked Josh to come back on your show, hopefully you can go down some of those rabbit holes with him. It will be interesting. I liked hearing the different concepts of training/diet etc naturally to the differences enhanced. Cheers👍

Do you think if they added kind of like a ranking system like they do in Tennis or something like that, where you compete to be ranked on a ladder, that more people would compete more often and it would bring some excitement? I also think increasing prize money would get guys to compete more, but thats not that easy. I also want to add, maybe for the health of the athletes its better to not promote over competing. If there are things in place that cause athletes to fall behind if they don't compete more, it may cause some people to be on cycle more months out of the year and exacerbate some of those risks that come with competing.

I can't speak for everyone but you mentioned more guys being focused on the Olympia, I think in general but definitely for me personally the young people like nick walker being the age he's at he will probably get to do the Olympia, take Dallas mccarver at 25 done his first open Olympia. I know that's what got me fixed on it was seeing Dallas. I'm a huge Dallas fan but I think most people see those people that are so young making it to that top level it may push people to focus on the Olympia much more. Just a thought
