Fully support expanding the podcast, all your interests kinda involve training anyway so you can talk that with most people you get on. Definitely think that format requires a little more research on guests and certain topics, but being someone who watches all the RBPs, I’ve always thought your biggest podcasting strength is leading the conversation in 1 on 1 interviews.
