Having read all of Nick's books ('Dancing into Battle' and the most recent 'Cigar Guide' with the handsome blue dust jacket are my favorites, but all of them are smashing, really...) I really enjoy the fascinating historic anecdotes & allusions on all the relevant topics: sartorial & horological matters; cigars, fine wines & spirits; gentlemen's smoking accessories; etc. Can't wait for the Robaina stories next time!! Greetings again from the states. (Illinois). Very enjoyable video. I recently was given one of these cigars as a gift and have yet to smoke it. I’m really looking forward to it now. The sound is so much better now and appreciated. Often smoking outside and catching all the remarks was a challenge sometimes. Every episode is just a delight to experience, not just for the cigars, but so much more for the conversation. One can almost feel a part of it all. It reminds me so much of my time as a young boy, my grandfather would sit down with me, from an early age, and discuss history, politics, etc, purely to develop my understanding and help me to grow in my learning. When I listen to you both, it not only transports me back to those days, when conversation was at the heart of family, not these blasted devices and things that now separate us so deplorably..!! I love this so much...I wish we all spent more time in conversations like these...and had them around something we have such a passion for...!! Thank you so much chaps...!! You mentioned Sancho Panza! I use to smoke Sancho Panza Belicosos in the 90's not sure if this model or brand exists anymore? You smoking a classic 90's cigar, was considered a gem back then, a late afternoon cigar. Very few rollers in Cuba could roll them, only their best!

Any recommendations in a quality smoke here in the states? I'm partial to Macanudo Portifinos but they've been hard to find for awhile. I'd do enjoy our version of the Cohibas but knowing they're not Cuban they feel like I'm dating my crushes step sister. I did smoke a knockoff Cohiba that a buddy of mine said was from Cuba. I could tell from the quality of the wrap that it was a knockoff but man it was fantastic. It's was creamy and smooth and I'd pay a decent price for whatever it was if I could find out what it really was. Any help would be appreciated!
