Last weekend my team and I headed out East to South Carolina for a barn... well warehouse find that I've been chasing for awhile now- a beautiful 1973 Porsche 911T that's been on blocks since 99' with a cover on it. Business between two grown adults should never be made public. It only serves to make the buyer or seller look bad, and as long as both are happy with the deal it doesn't matter what outsiders think of the deal.

Always liked you Dennis, have been entertained by you and respected you as a businessman, and father by the amazing daughter you have, but now I can say I have a new found respect for you as a person. Class act with buying the manuals you didn't really need, doing the finders fee, and not only paying the kids more than was necessary for what they did but teaching them to show respect to each other!

I was hitchhiking out on Eastern Long Island NY in the 70s and a 1958-ish 356 cabby picked me up. At the sight I nearly dropped to my knees. It was patched-up some and had a very breezy top BUT solid thru the gears. My next Porsche ride was in a good friends 1968 choc brown 911- from Cupertino to Carmel CA. The sound of the engine was in my chest ... in my heart.

It may not be a matching numbers car, but it's a yellow 73.5 with a 915 transmission, so...... I'd say you did all right. The fact that it was less than 30 minutes from my place, and I've probably driven past it in my 911, makes me wish I'd known it was there.

Dennis love the show and how you treat people. I'm 55 and I started with cars at 12. My Momma and Daddy paid 150.00 for a 62 chev belair I worked on it for about a year. And sold it and made money on it and paid them back. And bought another car but my Mom said after that I never stopped. My brother was into jeeps he had several and bought another one to lift last October. But on December 18th he was diagnosed with cancer. And my mother in law passed away December 20th. So he let me sale it in January he said he'd never get to finish it. He passed away August 11th so I enjoy the show and seeing the jeeps and all the other stuff you buy. I'm not able to do much now but I keep busy when I can. Have a great evening and weekend

I’m sorry for your loss Randall (that’s my brother in laws name also). You and I are the same age, started on cars bout the same time, etc. I pray you find some peace thru these holidays knowing your brother isn’t in pain anymore. I’ve been suffering since June of 2000 when I got busted up really bad and have been thru 13 surgeries so far and I’ve got some issues occurring this weekend with a medical device that is implanted and the way I feel right now, I’m praying that I survive the weekend so I can have the surgeons look at it Monday sometime so I understand what your brother was going thru and it gets real hard but he’s at peace now and hopefully you know that he’s right there with you all the time so don’t ever give up on talking to him or asking him for help or guidance, he’s there for you now!! Take care brother and be safe out there and have a merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Dennis’ in the U.K. we do social distancing and keep at least 2 metres apart from people and don’t shack people’s hands. We have what is called family bubble that’s the only way we can come close to family. Love the videos’ you definitely know your stuff about a lot of cars.

I was watching with my son ,towards the end when Dennis paid for the car and zipped his bag I pointed to my son and I was about to say something to the affect of finders fee when Dennis actually opened his bag and hooked the guy up I thought that was super awesome of him to do ...so I got into the importance of taking care of people who take care of you,but the best part is when he gave them kids money also.its always awesome to tip well and be generous when you got it cuz next time Dennis needs something from them he’s gonna be taken care of.....NICE GESTURE DENNIS THATS WHY IN LARGE PART THAT HE IS SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE

They say that In business as well as many other endeavors the one thing that you never want to compromise with is ur integrity. Dennis I believe the example he is setting with his whole team: Alex and others, especially his daughter Kelsey who is very involved in the family business will model what she sees her father do. What a deal maker! More importantly what a deal finder!! You know how to incentivise others to find what you are looking for. Their experience with you probably leads them to want to find more cars for you. What a network! You seem like a very sucessful personal injury lawyer that I know. He invited me to a Yankees home game. When he pulled into the parking deck in his Mercedes Supercar, he spoke fluent Spanish to the first attendant. In one minute he was given the best parking spot, at the entrance. Other men working in the parking deck came to see what was happening. He spoke to all of the attendants and gave out many business cards. The attendants all seemed to like him, before he tipped some of them well. As we pulled away, the whole parking deck was clogged with others who had waited til the end of the game. You two are alike.
