I anonymously posted a message on their FB page telling people that that page is not you and your family and not to spend money because they will get nothing in return. It says the “admin “ has to approve the post so it may not get posted but I had to try. I have been scammed by others and it makes me really angry when they do it to someone as hardworking and upstanding as you and your family. Maybe they will be dumb enough to post it.

For what it is worth, i got results fast when i posted a complaint on the National Chamber of Commerce and National Better Business Bureau websites I had ordered a product advetetised on tv, I ordered by mail and sent a check . The outfit sent me a hand written post card telling me they lost my check and please send another. I put a stop payment on the check. But there was no way to contact the seller. Out of frustration I left complaints on the Nat Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. A few weeks later , I found a box on my door step. It contained 6 bottles of product but I had only ordered one. There was no return address and no invoice or packing slip in the box. . i was pleasantly surprised. Someone read my complaints and took action.

Dusty, just a suggestion, if you can get a meeting with you US Congressional Representative perhaps you could encourage them to write some legislation that would force Facebook and other such media companies to be more responsible. You have over a quarter million subscribers who probably vote and care for you and your family as well as honesty etc. Unfortunately, the internet and KZbin are in the "Wild West" stage and the boundaries and rules are immature at this time. I realize it is another job for you (like you don't already have a completely full plate) but I think it is something that must be done eventually. Fraud on social media and the internet is a real problem. I wish you the best of luck.

It’s amazing FB is so complacent with the fraud. I’d think through the laws under FTC there may be some recourse. I get the feeling talking with FB is like with my health insurance. You can’t get past customer service level to someone who actually understands the situation. I know in our area we have through the police and state attorney general, there are people who work on internet fraud. Oklahoma should have something similar.

Back to reality ... This happens all the time with cattle. A cow will "hide" her young calf away from the heard while she goes to graze (a few minutes to herself). It's important to leave the calf alone so the cow can return to the hide site. I've never witnessed a cow abandoning the calf from the hiding event. This is evident since the buffalo cow came running to reclaim the calf.

This is nearly useless if these thieves are working out of a foreign country. Dusty absolutely HAS to register his trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Once he’s registered it, he’ll be able to display the small TM at the edge of his logo. When it’s approved, then he’ll display the R in the circle symbol. He’ll have to pay the USPTO a fee (I think it’s due every 3 years) to keep it registered. In the meantime, the TM indicates the logo has been ‘trade marked’ and is his Intellectual Property…….something that Facebook will go after and shut down the imposter(s). He should also look into copyrighting each of his videos (that’s the letter ‘C’ in a circle), as this also signifies his Intellectual Property.
