I truly appreciate all the compliments about our jeep. My grandpa dedicated his life to family first and his cars second. He spent countless hours and days to keeping them in the best condition he could. And though he is gone now he has left a big piece of himself in all of his family and every person he ever met. Everyone that knew him, knew his cars too. Even though it was vary hard to see this jeep go. We as a family felt it was going to a good home. Where it will continue to be cared for like grandpa did. The whole experience with Dennis was top notch. There is no doubt in my mind of his love for these cars. No one ever really owns a car, you are only given the opportunity to take care of it. And it doesn’t matter who’s name is on the title. This will always be my grandpas jeep. And I will see it again someday.

Heck yea, thats exactly how I strive to treat people. I try to uplift, support and impact as many people, on a daily basis, as I can. A positive, truly concerned, well timed comment, or bit of humble advice, can change a persons entire outlook on life, even if your paths never cross again, to know that you made a difference! The whole world is doing its best to splinter and divide us along a million lines, but we truly are one big family. We should all be doing our best, at every moment to counteract that nonsense.

And the owner, a genuine gem of a man. Went down there 3 months ago,.flew in, as I was still recovering from a trans femoral amputation, happened to stop in on a bike night. He took the time to sornwithnus, and ask me how Inwas doing, as if I was an old friend or a regular. If you go through DFW, make sure to stop by the Icehouse.
