One reason why I like non-network produced shows is simply this. If a show like this were produced by Discovery or history channel or any other network, a lot of scripted drama and arguing would have been written into the show. It's amazing how a group of people can set out on a project like this and get along just fine with no bickering. I prefer this format MUCH better!!

Hey Dennis, I have to tell you why I enjoy your videos. You save special cars; Porsches, Jeeps, muscle cars... no matter. If it's special and valuable you go for it. Not only are you preserving history, but you are recycling; restoring wrecks. Sure you do the easy rehabilitations, but many times you and your team do a full-on restorations making something great again out of "nothing" essentially. Now it's one thing to have a restoration shop specializing in Euro cars, or muscle cars, or exotics, or whatever the type or brand; but your shop will take on just about anything, or so it seems. Not only this, but you guys do the restorations right! No half ass, slapped together flips (not to say this type work is bad necessarily, it's just the "easy" route; there is a place for this automotive activity, quick flips, in the scheme of things). Maybe you do flip some project cars off camera; good for you if you do. Dennis, you are a professional. You love the hunt, you love the restorations and you see to it that your guys do to A+ work; you are an artist as well. Most importantly, you do business with private individuals and automotive professionals alike with a handshake and a smile. Everyone is happy in the end. This is the "old fashion" way of doing business. I love that; back to the future! Your son is going to be the same way... and your technicians too. Plus, you guys have fun at work! It's a thing of beauty. Jim

Isn’t a t great that we have shows like this that don’t have all those unnecessary before ad break repeats after the ad breaks and general contrived bs. We’ve got Dennis, doing interesting stuff. That’s all 👍
