Well, we have just arrived back in Liguria. We are going to do a grand visit of the whole property and the surrounding villages and hamlets. We will compact this into a very special episode which we will release soon.

Number 5 has soooo much land! What will you do with it? I really liked number 4, with the quirky arch in the middle, but then, I don't have to live there and do all the renovations... 😁 🥰

True, number 5 has a lot of land. But we have many plans for it :) The condition of the roof of numder 4 is rather poor, alas.

Greetings from Sweden! We’ve also been property hunting in Liguria, but we were looking for buildable land instead and have found a place between Imperia and San Lorenzo al Mare and will start demolition of an old structure this spring to make room for a new house. Anyway - just a heads up about looking at properties further from the sea, and that is that it gets very hot in the summer! The Imperia province has great climate (the best in Italy 😊) but it is because of the mountain ranges “mirroring” the temperature of the sea, so it gets a lot hotter 10km inland. Anyway - we wish you the best of luck whichever house you settle on, and if we see you in Liguria when we go down there this summer we’ll give a shoutout 😄

Hi, thanks for your kind answer! We are aware of the cliate situation in Imperia. Indeed it has the best climate in the whole of Italy! We have also been looking at the area between San Remo and San Lorenzo Al Mare. We even found a nice place at Ospedaletti. We made a movie about it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gH6mfYB-iMyYgqssi=F1fOoWX9RBvLic6l We assume the climate in San Bernardo (San Bartolomeo del Bosco) is different from Savona. it is 600m uphill. In the winter it will get colder (approx. 6℃) , but in the sunner it wont get that hot. But that is just an assumption... We haven't found any detailed yearround temperature maps from that particular spot. If you (or anyone else for that metter) have more inofrmation on this subject, that would be really helpful. Looking forward meeting you this summer!
