Aww great to see you post a video training. So glad to see you back at it and even better to see you and benj training together. I truly hope your wrist gets back to normal. Its strange your having these issues with your wrist after an elbow dislocation. I think they did you sone damage in austria. Truly hope it gets full range of motion back. Dont stop trying...Im sure you wont. I've never seen you two show any affection to eavhother on camera, but saw you hug for the first time. Nice to see

I'm surprised NOBODY ever uses palm gloves. I get training for years and having bare hands being the default, but there are some situations which just *beg* for gloves. I think it's possible to use them and not have them interfere with your muscle much, especially when the added grip/protection they give will also give you more confidence. But that's just after over ten years of cutting my own hands on ledges lol.

Can imagine the scene - a horde of zombies chasing the Cavemen up endless stairs in a high rise tower, they burst out onto the rooftop - no escape anywhere, zombies come swarming out of the stairwell and the Cavemen sprint off across the white roof, get to the edge, leap a gut wrenching gap to the next tower ... the zombies just chase them up the edge and then start spilling off the edge in an endless stream of already dead, soon to be mashed zombies - as the heros saunter across the roof to the stairwell of the new tower they landed on, in the background the zombies are still pouring out of the stairwell of the first tower, shambling across the roof and spilling off the edge - a black line across the white roof turning into an ugly zombiefall from the edge...
