Two runners crossing over on a wall run is like the juggling trick where you simultaneously throw a ball from your right to your left hand and a ball from your left to your right hand. Next level would be to do a three ball cascade: runner A goes left to right, while A is still on the wall, runner B starts going right to left. While B is still on the wall, runner C starts going left to right. Lots of options for who goes above and who goes below when you cross.

honestly the teamwork challenges are what put storror over the top in parkour teams. lots of teams with great, creative athletes, but these boys know each other's movement so well and that trust makes them capable of things you just don't see with other teams

Wall run ideas: 1) Complete a dive roll in the middle 2) Do it all in a line but cycle all the way around in a figure-8 juggling pattern so that everyone completes the run from each direction, weaving between everyone else. Practice on a shallower wall of course.

Hey you guyyyyssss... Here's an idea lads, do a challenge game where each member has to set a move, all others have to recreate the move... But, there is a handicap!.. Perhaps a mystery bag that you all have to pick either trick or treat. Items in the bag could be bonus perks to make your task easier, like shorten a distance or get 2 try's etc An such things like you must complete the move: With 1 arm tied back Wearing 2 left shoes 😂 Whilst wearing an eye patch Barefoot challenge So on an so forth.... Would be sick! Like the comment if you wanna see the lads do it! X
