looks like an animatronics tech shop for chucky cheese and show biz. Both companies merged and I wouldn't be surprised if this is either a collector or a local electrical engineer who works on them. Most of the equipment surrounding the animatronics look relatively new with little to no dust making me thing that this place is active.
