Dosa looks so yummy ,I love these kind of dosas. I just wish the upkeep on the hotel is a little better. I know it’s an old hotel but it doesn’t take that much effort to keep it freshly painted and neat ,clean appearance .

Kripal Sir will synthesize all the dosas tasted so far (texture of one place, flavour of another place etc etc) and will make his own dosa at home :D. Stomach gets filled without even tasting it and mouthwatering. Very eloquent.

👍 The concluding part of the video, wherein the owner expresses his commitment to "Serving customers with love and empathy" is the distinctive feature of small, owner run eateries... This temperament of the owner is such a contrast to the overhyped commercial restaurant chains (like Ra******* Cafe) which have lost their human touch and serve imitation dishes 👎

Relax. That is a dosae broom, used only to clean the tava after each dosae making cycle, and nothing else.

He may be a ‘Gourmet On The Move’ but still he doesn’t know how to eat a Dosae! You have to respect it and start from the periphery and come to the center. You don’t do the *’LAPAROTOMY’* that Lord Narasimha Devaru did on Hiranyakasyapu.
