The copper and brass tip you found at 19:05 is the torch tip for oxy acetylene torch. The gas comes out that tiny hole in the end and you light the gas with a striker. They come in many sizes for bigger hotter flame or super tiny for fine work like jewelry. That one is a medium size for brazing or gas welding metal.
