This Dior foundation is FABULOUS!!! I also love the new Dior Forever Natural Matte Velvet Compact Foundation (powder) on top of this foundation to set it. It does not move, fade, oxidize, or wear off. I ❤️ this liquid and powder foundation together. I also love the dark blue t-shirt with the puffy sleeves with the two blue necklaces you are wearing towards the end of the video. Beautiful!!!

Have a great week. I use the No Makeup Serum Foundation from Perricone MD. It's amazing for covering redness and inflammation. It gives me such a nice glow ✨️. I have a very sensitive skin as well. I have to deal with Rosacea on my forehead. For sun protection I use the Perricone MD Veil ( SPF35). My face and neck cream from Perricone MD has SPF 30. My face is protected. I had to jump in here while you were talking about manicures and soaking the nails 😁 As a person who did mani/pedis for over 10 years: I AGREE WITH YOU 100%!!! Soaking the nails in warm soapy water DOES allow the cuticles to be pushed back and cleaned up MUCH better than putting your nails in warm lotion! TRUST ME FRIENDS --- do as Tammy suggested! Soak, push back and trim (if necessary and carefully) those cuticles and then let them dry before polishing or rinse and wipe them off and then - always - apply a very good base coat before polishing! You will see such a difference in how great your cuticles look by doing it this way because you are able to really get them pushed back and cleaned off the nail beds! Now.... back to the video! BTW: That blue jewelry by Dean Davidson is to die for!!! I absolutely LOVE that blue --- especially with my silver hair and pale skin??? And - it would be SO GORGEOUS with my wardrobe colors!!! I also wear both gold and silver jewelry.... more silver than gold these days.... but I have way too much gold jewelry from my redhead days to not wear it anymore! LOVE LOVE LOVE everything you're wearing today 💗

Tammy...looks beautiful! Your hair looks good too (though I knew it would 😆). I'm not a foundation wearer much. I typically deal with a lotion and concealer. (I hate the way foundation feels on me and I don't like the way it looks on me!) Glad you are feeling better. The jewelry is also beautiful. As for nails... I do my own nails too...and I soak them..the vintage way...it works! I use a bit of olive oil and moisturize my nail beds. That's how I was taught. But anyway.. everything looks beautiful on you and I'm glad to see you back! 💕

wowza Tammy , !! I just purchased this foundation earlier today ( honestly) after watching many reviews and much deliberation due to the pricing . Hand on heart I really do like it. !!! You can always add glow if I need/ want it. I am N 2.5 with dry skin , acne scars , mild rosacea and fine lines 61 years on the planet.! So I aint no kid I just feel like one!!!.

I walk my pup late in the evening. The pavement is cooler, and this momma cannot handle this humidity. I did purchase a neck fan from Amazon which really does help. Last month I got a sample of that foundation and I loved it! I just need to go back for a better shade match. I live in S FL and the heat and humidity are no joke this time of year. I work in a professional setting so makeup is a must and this year it has been especially tricky for me. I walk my doodle early too - even on the weekend I make sure we are out walking at sunrise so it’s not too hot for him (and me lol).

Boy I am in the same boat as you with base products. When I was twenty I was in a car accident that gave me little micro cuts on the left side of my face and chin area and now at 62 you can see everyone of them! It has been quite unpleasant in Indiana as well this summer. I have been wearing Erborian CC Cream with a dusting of Huda loose powder and it looks pretty good. I have wondered about the Dior foundation but the matte gave me pause. Might try it this winter. Thank you Tammy for spreading joy🌞

I have to refrain from purchasing more jewelry but I am so tempted. I don’t go to the nail salon anymore. But I will say that the salon I used to frequent still soaks the nails. But, I’m in California. I’m a sweat-er also. I sweat from my hair and face. My Mom did too. It’s good for cleansing, I agree but not the most attractive look on me. Looks fine on you tho. Workout gloves to prevent blisters/callouses! Amazon has tons of options but I like Profitness brand. The palm is padded and there are finger tabs to help remove damp gloves after a workout. Love your videos-you're a lovely 60 something!!

Hi Tammy I tried the reformulated glow version of this one and it made my look about 100 years old. I have very dry skin (menopausal, rosacea and eczema prone - dry dry dry) and live in Scotland (not humid outwith the height of Summer where humidity can be 80% plus), but probably due to the high amount of alcohol it was incredibly dehydrating on my skin. It's such a shame as it looked good initially and I did find a perfect shade match in 00N, but it made me look so much older and incredibly dry. I can only imagine the matte version looking even worse tbh. Environment does play a huge part in how makeup looks on any of us and I tried this one in the late Spring, so I can only imagine how awful it would be in the Winter. Florida or other humid places, or perhaps less dry skin than I have may get on a lot better with it - it's a no from me though and I'm glad I got a sample rather than buying the full size. I have watched other KZbinrs review this Dior matte foundation. Then go through the day and see the results of a flawless face at midnight. Well, none did what you did…kudos to you. There is no such thing as a sweat proof foundation particularly when you walk your dogs in our Florida summers. I live in Vero Beach. It takes ten minutes walking my dog and my foundation rolls down my face. Thank you for an honest review of this foundation.

I'm from Tampa but moved to the mountains in NC, and wearing foundation in FL is really difficult!! I recently tried the matte version of Givenchy and I just don't like it?! I haven't found my shade in Dior yet, I'm a light very cool-toned person and their shades are very peach instead of pink or beige, it's frustrating!! My niece who is still in FL loves One Size, but that's a thicker mousse. Thanks for sharing 🤍

I usually just wear my skincare products and a tinted sunscreen when not going anywhere. I use my higher end makeup for special events, date night etc. I use everyday foundations and touch up with a spf powder for shopping etc. It's a system.....lol.

Tammy, I'm loving the silver locks! I'm 65 and been totally grey for 12 years after my husband passed. Makes me happy to see you've gone natural. We should be proud of who we are and the way God intended! Still trying to accept my aging body! My question is, should silver hair women wear silver or gold jewelry? Or does it really matter? Hi Tammy, just a couple tips. I always wear workout gloves, they protect your palm from calluses and they have 1/2 fingers. I watched a video “the salon life” and she suggests soaking damaged and dry nails in oils, jojoba oil, almond oil or whatever you like. Love your hair, I’m looking forward to seeing it all grown out.
