I need to design Foundation using US design code using 20 mm dia rebars. In staad foundation dia of rebars are different ( 19 mm or 21 mm) how o change this to 20 mm rebars.

The trainer's English is highly accented locally to North India and it's not even good English. Please use speakers with Standard English pronunciation among Indian staff only, I am a retired Structural Engg Professor and still I couldn't even unmderstand what he spoke.. Thumbs Down!
