Hello Jessie: When doing the Founder Dr Goodman always brings the arms out in front squeezing the finger tips. Over the years I find that Closed the Kinetic Chain in this movement gets into the Neck Muscles regardless of how much I try to reset my Neck Position. In the early version Dr Goodman simply reached the Aarm shoulder width apart with the pams facing each other thumbs reachning up for the Founder. Do we lose the integrity of the Founder if I simply reach my arms up as described in future to do the Founder? Colin Henry. Scotland.

make sure to not flex the wrists when doing the "holding the heavy coconut" position with your hands. makes a huge difference. straight wrists.
