You being 27 ,is not being old. You well know when you are old,when you start having pain you did not have be for. For me it started at 40yrs old. Not ever person is the same,things could start at 30 going south. My ex wife started going south at 40,putting on fat. And this was a lady that 95 or 110 pounds. No matter what she would eat. In joy beening 27. LOL
