BVR Mohan Reddy is an Indian business executive and engineering manager who founded and served as Executive Chairman of Cyient. He joined the DCM Group in 1974, and has subsequently worked with MICO Bosch, HCL, and OMC Computers Limited.

Sri BVR Mohan Reddy Garu is one of finest enterprenuer's in the country and Telugu States !! I am fortunate that he has given me 1st opportunity to work with him. I do remember the final interview I had with him in April 1986. He did speak with his heart and the value systems , training whatever he spoke is cent percent true. He insisted 30 days of rigourous training to us (8 to 10 hrs per day) when we joined him. Whatever we are today is because those learnings from him. His contributions to IT industry is significant and given career opportunities to thousands. He still looks very young with same energy what I saw in 1986.I wish him good health and long life.
