Wrong Point: I have been to chaye khana alot of times and they do ask you to order or leave because there are people waiting. Usually there is alot of rush and it's hard to get a table. And once you're done eating, especially if you're not with family. You do get asked to leave.

"The environment we provide is of very high end fine dining cafe".... visited for the first time few years ago (isb) & this fly wouldn't leave. The evening snacks tasted just random like some frozen boxed food. Same 'makkhi' experience in Lahore branch too. Complained but little they could do while your snack / tea lied on the table. So it was not a one time 'rare' experience. But this was not a huge surprise given we even found a dead makkhi floating in our soup before lunch at avari once. Besides, 'luck' does play an important part in success of your biz. And good luck is from Allah. Offcourse, it's wrong to blame Allah if you fail but there is no denying that Allah may be compensating you for your some other good deed of some other time & place by giving you success in where you haven't put the best of your brain & energy. So it's wrong saying luck/qadr doesnt have a part to play. It does. That's why the same idea may not work or become a success my all the people. Yes at a time they brought this idea to market was definitely unique in the market because there really was not any place to sit & have tea for the common Pakistani youth. Like they had 'Pak Tea House' in the older days for intellectuals, educated public & the foreign returned Pakistanis. Also, a catchy name that locals can relate to also got them the popularity they needed from the beginning. And then offcourse having the right resources at the right time helps alot. Most of all it is your strength of belief in your own unique idea.
