I have strong admiration for this person he came forward and provided kits for the front line doctors and staff without any profit.He restated his closed knitting factory and started providing php kits i orders a few for Haripur area as it was facing shortage last year these days around when covid19 was at its at peak. Brother I am in Canada, here lots of Indian students come for studies. Government has allowed them 20 hours pr week on payroll, but that's not enough for them. They work on cash as well. Because of that they are very hardworking, since they have to pay 3 times the fee what Canadian citizen pays here. So they work hard to make money in order to pay their fee instead of bothering their parents for school fee. I hire them for general work like, dishwashing, cleaning, cutting Vegetables, disposing garbage and packing orders. On the other side these students can leave the work anytime as they are always hunting for better opportunities to work on cash. So I don't trust them much anymore. I only hire them for part-time. Never rely upon them. Yes they will work hard to earn money. Their only motivation is money.

I had a very bad experience when I assigned them the duty for customer service and taking orders from customers. They mess up the order and when customers are angry they don't contact the owner instead they go to Google to put a bad review about the business. When I saw bad Google rating, right away I removed them from the front desk and took incharge myself. As a business owner my main goal is to make customers satisfied and make them come back again and again. It's very important to build a good relationship with your customers. I try to remember their names and welcome them with their names, they feel special that way.

But we should make our life comfortable if you have money in the bank it’s completely ok to drive a comfortable car or wear nice & say Alhumdulilah.. these are neymah of Allah .which are there for people to enjoy. Never really understand the logic of saving money on the cars and self comfort but on the contrary They do keep big balance in the bank. We should maintain a balance btw business / passion & self comfort ... if you have 10-15 restaurants it’s good enough ! Instead of 16th once can have car and after few months can open 17th ... money and things will be left here in the world .. we won’t be taking any thing in grave
