OMG you do the French fishtail so much easier than the other braid stylists on youtube! The others seem to not only add hair to the opposite section but also take a piece of hair from the original two strands and add to the opposite side as well. I hope that makes sense to you! Anyway you're brilliant in my book!

How do you recommend holding layered hair, on the non-braid side, in place for the side braid without using a million bobby pins?

That's a good question! I like to french braid the hair over and then incorporate the hair into the fishtail! Works like a charm!!

I tried doing this but my arms hurt. So then I just did two braids like it and it doesn't hurt ur arms at all. U people should try it

I just use the cheap Suave stuff you can get at Walmart. I also really like Batiste though!
